The construction works of our Park in Oostkamp have started!!
It is a productive park, built with recycled materials. Park activities, cycle and pedestrian lanes coexist in harmony with yards for storage and the management of construction material. It is adjacent to our other site in Ooskamp (Belgium), OostCampus. A European MP4 Interreg Project, developed with ELD Partnership (Antwerp) and VLM (the Flemish Government Landscape Agency).

Este es un primer paso en nuestra colaboración transatlántica, que estamos seguros será muy fructífero en adelante.

Our proposal for the new Congress Centre in Medellín (Colombia), which we developed with the Bogotá-based Team led by Giancarlo Mazzanti, has been postcard-published in a postcard-book collecting Mazzanti’s work. This is a first step in our transatlantic collaboration, which we are sure will be very fruitful in further ventures.

Ya está publicado el libro que recoge el cuarto ciclo de Perspectivas Urbanas, jornadas organizadas anualmente por la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Europea de Madrid en la Fundación COAM. Las sesiones, coordinadas y editadas por José María Garcia-Pablos, se plantearon en torno al entendimiento múltiple y abierto de los conceptos de periferia y centralidad, con ponencias de Daniel Zarza, Carlos Lles, Belinda Tato y Carlos Arroyo.
La ponencia de Carlos Arroyo págs. 76-99 se titula “El sueño de la Suburbia densa y central en Manhattan y Benidorm”. El texto es una transcripción literal, y la ausencia de la parte no verbal del lenguaje se hace evidente en lo escrito.

The book “Interior Periphery, Peripheral Centrality” is already in the shops. It contains the fourth round of the annual conference Urban Perspectives organized by the Universidad Europea de Madrid and the Fundación COAM. The sessions, coordinated and edited by José Maria Garcia-Pablos, raise questions on a multiple and open understanding of the concepts of peripheral and central, with presentations by Daniel Zarza, Carlos Lles, Belinda Tato and Carlos Arroyo.
Carlos Arroyo's presentation (pages 76-99) is entitled "The dream of dense and central Suburbia in Manhattan and Benidorm." The text is in Spanish.

Het boek “Interieur periferie, perifere centraliteit” ligt al in de winkels. Het bevat de vierde uitgave van de jaarlijkse conferentie Stedelijke Perspectieven georganiseerd door de Europese Universiteit van Madrid en de stichting COAM.
De sessies, gecoördineerd en opgesteld door José Maria Garcia-Pablos, riepen vragen op over de meervoudige en open begrippen van de concepten omtrent de periferie en de centraliteit, met presentaties van Daniel Zarza, Carlos Lles, Belinda Tato en Carlos Arroyo.

A+ 232 Belgian Awards for Architecture and Energy

Los Premios Nacionales de Arquitectura y Energía de Bélgica se anunciaron el pasado 25 de octubre. Carlos Arroyo fue parte del jurado internacional, junto con Vasa Perovic, Niklaas Deboutte y Rudy Ricciotti entre otros.
La revista A+ ha publicado todos los proyectos nominados y premiados, una selección que muestra la alta calidad de la arquitectura belga. También hay algunas fotos del jurado durante sus largos debates en busca de los mejores proyectos, según criterios de calidad arquitectónica en general, con especial atención a su sostenibilidad.

The Belgian Awards for Architecture and Energy were announced on the 25th october. Carlos Arroyo was part of the international jury, including Vasa Perovic, Niklaas Deboutte and Rudy Ricciotti among others. Magazine A+ has published all the nominated and award winning projects in its latest issue, showing the high quality of Belgian Architecture. There are also some pictures of the jury during their long discussions in the search for the best and most sustainable projects.

De Belgische Prijs voor Architectuur en Energie werd aangekondigd op 25 oktober. Carlos Arroyo maakte deel uit van de internationale jury, samen met Vasa Perovic, Niklaas Deboutte, Rudy Ricciotti, en anderen.
Magazine A+ heeft al de genomineerde en award winnende projecten in zijn laatste uitgave gepubliceerd, het toont de hoge kwaliteit van de Belgische Architectuur. Er zijn ook een aantal foto’s van de jury tijdens hun lange beargumenteerde discussies in de zoektocht naar het beste en meest duurzame project.

La revista Westrand ha publicado una entrevista con Carlos Arroyo, sobre las obras de la Academie MWD, sobre el proyecto, sus aspectos dinámicos y los criterios de sostenibilidad aplicados. La Academia está actualmente en las últimas fases de la obra, que terminará el próximo mes de febrero.

Westrand magazine has published an interview with Carlos Arroyo, discussing the building works of the Academie MWD, the concept, its dynamic form and the criteria for sustainability. Currently under construction, the Academie is to be finished next February.

OostCampus first bubble!!!

El pasado día 11 de Junio se inauguró la "primera burbuja" de OostCampus. El evento sustituye la tradicional ceremonia de la "primera piedra", que en este proyecto no tendría sentido. Es además el primer ensayo in-situ del sistema constructivo, con la combinación de burbujas de GRG y módulos de estructura ligera sobre núcleos duros exagonales.
Las obras comenzaron el 21 de Febrero de este año, y según el programa de obra terminarán en Marzo del 2012.
Google Translator permite a quién no entienda neerlandés intuir el contenido del discurso del alcalde, y de la noticia del evento según quedó recogida por la prensa.
La fotografía que ilustra estas líneas, que fue tomada el siguiente martes (14 de Junio), ya transmite la magia de este paisaje interior de nubes blancas.

OostCampus: construction begins

Luc Vanparys, alcalde de Oostkamp, presidió el jueves (27-01-2011) la reunión para iniciar oficialmente la construcción de nuestro proyecto OostCampus, el nuevo Ayuntamiento y Centro Cívico de este municipio de Flandes Occidental (Bélgica).
La estrella de la reunión fue un modelo a escala de las burbujas (1:10), presentado por el contratista CEI de Meyer, una de las mayores empresas de la construcción en Bélgica. El modelo fue producido con el mismo material y tecnología que se empleará en la realidad, GRG yeso reforzado con fibra de vidrio. Cada burbuja del modelo está en una fase distinta del proceso de acabado.

Luc Vanparys, the Mayor of Oostkamp, presided on Thursday (27-Jan-2011) the kick-start meeting for the construction of our project OostCampus, the new City Hall and Civic Centre for this municipality in West Flanders (Belgium).
A scale model (1:10) of the bubble construction was presented by the contractor – CEI de Meyer, one of the largest building companies in Belgium. The model was produced with the same material and technology as the real thing, GRG Glass Reinforced Gypsum. Each bubble is in a different stage of finishing, showing the process.

Luc Vanparys, de Burgemeester van Oostkamp, zat donderdag de kick-start meeting voor ter constructie van ons project OostCampus, het nieuwe Bestuurs- en Dienstencentrum voor de gemeente te West-Vlaanderen (België).
Een schaalmodel (1:10) van de bubbel constructie werd door de aannemer voorgesteld - CEI de Meyer, één van de grootste bouwbedrijven in België.
Het model werd uitgevoerd in hetzelfde materiaal en technologie als het werkelijke, GRG Glass Reinforced Gypsum. Elke bubbel is in een andere staat van afwerking, ter illustratie van het proces.

TSM3 nominado para el Mies van der Rohe

Nuestro proyecto TSM3 ha sido nominado para el premio Mies van der Rohe 2011. El galardón es concedido por la Unión Europea y la Fundación Mies Van der Rohe y tiene como objetivo reconocer la calidad arquitectónica de las obras terminadas en Europa entre 2009 y 2010.

Our project TSM3 has been nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2011. The prize is awarded by the European Union and The Mies Van der Rohe Foundation and aims to recognize the quality of architectural production in Europe between 2009 and 2010.

MWD building works begin

Comienzan ya las obras de construcción de nuestro proyecto Academie MWD, Academia de Danza, Palabra y Música de Dilbeek (Bélgica). El contrato de obras fue adjudicado oficialmente a la empresa Kumpen con sede en la ciudad flamenca de Hasselt. La constructora tiene numerosas obras de calidad, como podemos ver en estas fotografías referenciadas de su web.
La primera reunión de obra está fijada para el 4 de noviembre. La fecha de la Primera Piedra se anunciará próximamente.

Building works for our project Academie MWD, the Academy for Music, Word and Dance in Dilbeek (Belgium) will begin shortly. The building contract was officially awarded to Kumpen, the long-established company based in the Flemish city of Hasselt. The construction firm has a long and wide experience building quality projects, some of which we can see in the pictures below, linked from their website.
The first on-site meeting will take place on the 4th of November. The date for the Foundation Stone ceremony will be announced shortly.

Binnenkort starten de bouwwerken van ons project Academie MWD, de Academie voor Muziek, Woord en Dans in Dilbeek, België. Het bouwcontract werd officieel toegekend aan Kumpen, het welgevestigde bedrijf uit de stad Hasselt. De bouwfirma heeft een lange en uitgebreide ervaring in het bouwen van kwaliteitsvolle projecten, waarvan we enkele kunnen zien hieronder, gelinkt met hun website.
De eerste on-site bijeenkomst zal plaatsvinden op 4 November. De datum voor de Eerste Steenlegging zal binnenkort worden aangekondigd.

Mañana a las 13:30 Vanessa Cerezo hará una presentación de nuestro proyecto OostCampus, Ayuntamiento y Centro Cívico de Oostkamp (Bélgica) en CIBARQ 2010 - IV Congreso Internacional de Arquitectura, Ciudad y Energía - que tendrá lugar en Pamplona. El proyecto forma parte de la exposición que acompaña al evento, como anunciamos anteriormente.

Asimismo, el 7 de octubre Carmina Casajuna participó en el debate Mesas de Arquitectura Plus Sostenible celebrado en Madrid y organizado por el Grupo Vía. Próximamente podremos ver aquí la publicación del evento, en el que Carmina explicó nuestros criterios y prácticas de sostenibilidad.

Het project wordt ook getoond in de hoofdtentoonstelling van het evenement, zoals we eerder aangekondigd.

Mañana se inaugura en Matadero Madrid la exposición comisariada por Ariadna Cantis Fresh 2010, una selección de diferentes estudios madrileños con ideas arriesgadas y propositivas, donde se incluyen algunos de nuestros proyectos como Aves de paso, Oostcampus o TSM3. Simultáneamente a este evento se inaugurará el site oficial de Fresh que podrás ver pinchando aquí.

Fresh 2010, an exhibition curated by Ariadna Cantis that puts together different offices from Madrid with risky and purposeful ideas, opens tomorrow in Matadero Madrid. El jueves 8 comienza el III Congreso Internacional de Arquitectura Construtec-COAM. Loading Madrid 2010, una de las actividades de la convención, es una muestra interactiva que ofrece una visión de la futura imagen de Madrid e incluye nuestro proyecto Camaleón Living en Rivas Vaciamadrid (ver item 021 en el mapa).

Thursday the 8th is the launching day of the III International Congress of Architecture Construtec-COAM. A main feature in the Congress will be Loading Madrid 2010, an interactive display offering a vision of the future image of Madrid, which includes our project Camaleón Living in Rivas Vaciamadrid (see item 021 on the map).

Ayer se inauguró la exposición Laboratorio Gran Vía en la Fundación Telefónica de Madrid. La muestra, comisariada por Iñaki Ábalos, presenta proyectos de nueve estudios de arquitectura que plantean diferentes alternativas para el futuro de la Gran Vía. A modo de prólogo se han planteado dos estudios proyectivos: uno sociológico realizado por José Miguel Iribas y otro histórico-crítico realizado por nuestro equipo, titulado Interfaz.

Yesterday the exhibition Laboratorio Gran Vía was opened at Fundación Telefónica in Madrid. The exhibition, curated by Iñaki Ábalos, presents projects by nine architectural studies that suggest different alternatives for the future of Gran Vía. As a prologue, there are two projective studies: a sociological approach by José Miguel Iribas and a historical-critical study called Interface, developed by our team.

El pasado 22 de abril Carlos Arroyo dio una vídeo-conferencia en el Centro de Arquitectura de Dinamarca abriendo la ceremonia de entrega de premios de Europan 10 DK En el mismo centro se celebró el 28 de abril un Pecha Kucha en el que intervinieron, también por vídeo-conferencia, participantes desde otros puntos del mundo como Inglaterra o China. Carlos participó desde nuestro estudio en Madrid. Las cenizas del volcán islandés auspiciaron estos vídeo-encuentros.

Last April 22 Carlos Arroyo video-lectured at the Danish Architecture Center as introduction to the award-giving ceremony of Europan 10 Denmark. On the 28th of April, a Pecha Kucha night was held at the same venue, with video-conference participants from distant lands, including England or China. Carlos participated from our Madrid premises. The ashes from the Icelandic volcano triggered the series of video-lectures, as it was impossible to fly over.

Las Lomas, structure finished

El Martes pasado se completó la estructura de la Casa en Las Lomas (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid). En visita con el propietario, comprobamos el potencial del plano inclinado de la "sala-bocina". Ha calculado la estructura Andrés del Valle, que se pregunta por qué últimamente a los arquitectos nos gustan tanto los voladizos imposibles.

Last Tuesday we certified the completion of the structure of House in Las Lomas (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid). On the site visit with the owner, we could confirm the potential of the sloping roof slab of the "trumpet-room". The structure has been calculated by Andrés del Valle, who wonders why is it that so many architects are lately proposing such impossible cantilevers.

Apocalyptic Muffins 2012

This is a strange request: An Ark of culture to restore civilization after the apocalypse of 2012. Promoted by a Belgian Foundation and located on a slope of Sierra Nevada, Spain, we were to develop a concept of space for 20 families and thousands of books survive for three years after an apocalypse; after a suddenly precipitated climate change with ice falling into the ocean all at once, generating tsunamis, earthquakes, and a global chain of disasters, nuclear or otherwise.
We were interested in the atomization of collective survival space into small dome-shaped areas and the circulation between them; also the translation of this underworld into the landscape; also contemporary superstitions and pseudo-scientific religions in their search for immortality, as portrayed by M. Houllebecq; and the tourism experience that an apocalyptic Resort can provide.
But it could not happen.
Large engineering firms that are selling thousands of bunkers around the world kicked us out of the project. The weakened nuclear threat has slowed down their business, and climate change opens up a whole new field for them. Perhaps our clients did well when they chose to put themselves in the hands of military discipline in case of global apocalypse ....

Este es un encargo extraño: Un arca de la cultura para recuperar la civilización después del apocalipsis del 2012. Promovido por una Fundación belga y con localización en una ladera de Sierra Nevada, España, nos solicitan desarrollar el concepto espacial para que 20 familias y miles de libros sobrevivan durante tres años.
Nos interesaba la atomización de los espacios cupuliformes de supervivencia y las circulaciones entre ellos. También el reflejo en el paisaje de ese mundo subterráneo. También las supersticiones contemporáneas y las religiones cientifistas en búsqueda de la inmortalidad que tan bien retrataba M. Houllebecq. Y el turismo de experiencia que puede proporcionar un Resort apocalíptico.
Pero no pudo ser.
Grandes empresas de ingeniería que están vendiendo miles de bunkers en todo el mundo nos eliminaron del proyecto. La amenaza nuclear ha frenado su negocio, y el cambio climático abre todo un nuevo campo para ellos. Quizá los promotores hagan bien poniéndose en manos de la disciplina militar en el caso de apocalipsis global....

Golf as a Controversy in Tisspas

Nuestro proyecto Golf Productivo, dentro de la serie Paisajes Productivos que venimos desarrollando en distintos lugares, se ha publicado en Tisspas #2 de 4, la segunda entrega del Taller sobre la Innovación Social y el desarrollo de Servicios y Productos Arquitectónicos Sostenibles del Observatorio de la Sostenibilidad de Murcia. Se trata del catálogo de la exposición celebrada en el Casino de Murcia el pasado 28 de febrero con el formato Festival de Arquitectura para presentar los siete proyectos del Taller.
El proyecto cataloga los resorts de Golf que estaban en desarrollo en la Región de Murcia quedando paralizados por la crisis, y propone distintas maneras de recuperar sus paisajes. La estrategia general consiste en introducir la producción como nuevo elemento prestigiador, en sustitución del prestigiador tradicional del Golf, que es el derroche.

Our Project Productive Golf, included in the series of Productive Landscapes we are developing in various locations, has been published in Tisspas #2 de 4, second issue of Workshop for Social Innovation and the Development of Sustainable Architectural Services and Products of Sustainability Observatory of Murcia. It is the catalogue of the exhibition held last February 28 in the Murcia Casino to present the seven projects in the Workshop.
The project catalogues Golf resorts that were developing in Región de Murcia when the crisis came. It proposes various tactics to restore their landscapes. The general strategy is to introduce production as the new element of prestige, replacing the traditional prestige makers of Golf in the area, based generally in wasteful expense.

Nuestro proyecto Golf Productivo apareció anoche en Repor, el programa de Televisión Española (TVE1), en un reportaje titulado Golf: pelotazo al hoyo. Nuestro proyecto, financiado por la Consejería de Cultura de la Región de Murcia, propone estrategias para recuperar paisajes deslegitimados, interrumpidos o inacabados por los numerosos resorts de golf fallidos al estallar la burbuja inmobiliaria.

Our project Productive Golf featured yesterday on Spain's national television TVE1, in an in-depth current affairs program where the uncertain future of many golf resorts in Spain was reviewed. The project, funded by the local Government's Department of Culture, proposes strategies to recover the interrupted landscapes left unfinished by bankrupt golf resort developments.

Nuestro cuarto proyecto de la serie Paisajes Productivos (OostCampus Buitenaanleg), un parque de energía construido con material reciclado, con recorridos peatonales y vías ciclistas en convivencia con los terrenos de almacenamiento y gestión de material de construcción de la ciudad de Oostkamp (Bélgica), se presentó públicamente el 1 de Diciembre pasado en De Valkaart, Beukenpark, bajo los auspicios de la Agencia del Paisaje del Gobierno de Flandes, VLM.
Los agentes implicados, habitantes y empresarios vecinos participaron en una sesión de trabajo para evaluar el primer borrador de proyecto, aportar sus ideas, y manifestar sus inquietudes e intereses.
También participaron los Ayuntamientos y Universidades del programa europeo MP4 Making Places Profitable, que financiará el 50% del presupuesto de ejecución. Al día siguiente continuó la sesión con un taller en que los representantes de Sheffield, Edimburgo, Goteborg, Emmen, Copenhague y Hamburgo aportaron sugerencias y experiencias, tanto para el diseño como para la metodología de implementación.

Our fourth project in the Productive Landscapes series (OostCampus Buitenaanleg), an energy producing park built with recycled materials, where park activities and cycle and pedestrian lanes coexist in harmony with the yards for storage and management of construction material in Oostkamp (Belgium), was publicly presented on last Dec. 1st in De Valkaart, Beukenpark, under the auspices of the Flemish Government’s Landscape Agency, VLM.
Residents, partners and neighbouring businesses participated in a workshop to evaluate the first draft of the project, contribute with their ideas and express their concerns and interests.
The session was also attended by partner Cities and Universities of the European program Making Places Profitable MP4, which will finance 50% of the budget. On the following day the workshop continued at VLM’s headquarters in Bruges, where representatives from Sheffield, Edinburgh (UK), Gothenburg (S), Emmen (NL), Copenhagen (DK) and Hamburg (D) contributed with ideas and expertise for both the design and the implementation methods.

Comienza el movimiento de tierras en Las Lomas. Carlos se subió a la cuchara de la retro hasta la cota de la "sala-bocina", para fotografiar la futura vista de la sierra.

Earthworks have begun at the Las Lomas building site. Carlos was lifted by the digger up to the height of the "trumpet-room", to take a look at the future view.

El Jueves pasado se inició el replanteo en el terreno de la Casa en Las Lomas (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid). Si el tiempo lo permite (hoy volvió a nevar fuertemente en la zona), comenzará el movimiento de tierras en próximos días.

The on-site layout of our design for a house in Las Lomas (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid) started last Thursday. If the weather permits (today we had heavy snow again in the area), the earthworks will begin next week.

Vorige week donderdag is men begonnen met het uitzetten van het terrein voor een huis in Las Lomas (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid). Als het weer een beetje meezit (vandaag hadden we weer met hevige sneeuwval te kampen in de regio), beginnen we volgende week aan de grondwerken.

ING Real Estate acaba de publicar un libro con una selección de sus proyectos "flagship" en toda Europa, y han incluido nuestro proyecto de 119 unidades de vivienda en Rivas, Camaleón Living, con viviendas personalizables, espacios flexibles y zonas compartidas. El libro se llama “It’s all about Living” (La Haya, Diciembre 2008),. Un extracto del texto:

"[...] El objetivo del proyecto [Camaleón] es proporcionar a los clientes un espacio propio, personal. Los clientes pueden elegir entre una variedad de diseños y materiales innovadores e incluso diferentes fachadas, para personalizar su vivienda. El conjunto incluye espacios compartidos para sus residentes, con piscina, zonas de niños, zonas verdes y recorridos peatonales a poca distancia del metro y la zona comercial. [...] Es un proyecto marcadamente actual, concebido para optimizar las condiciones de vida en cada vivienda. [...] El diseño lleva el espacio exterior al interior y hace del exterior una continuación del interior."

ING Real Estate has just published a catalogue with a selection of their flagship residential development projects all over Europe. It features Camaleón Living, our 119 housing unit scheme with fine-tuneable exteriors, flexible interiors and shared facilities. Their catalogue is called “It’s all about Living” (The Hague, December 2008), and here is an excerpt of the text:

“[…] The aim of this project is to offer all clients their own personal space. Clients can choose from a variety [of designs and] innovative materials in different colours for the façade to personalize their houses. The development will include shared facilities for residents including a swimming pool, children’s playground and green space in the centre, with interior pedestrian streets. […] The remarkable project has a modern design which has been conceived to optimize living conditions in each house […] In the design we brought the outside space inside and made the outside an extension of the inside.”

ING Real Estate heeft onlangs een boek uitgebracht met flagship projecten verspreid over heel Europa, en het bevat ons woonproject, Cameleón Living bestaande uit 119 eenheden met personaliseerbare woningen, flexibele ruimtes en gedeelde zones. Het boek heet “It’s all about Living” (Den Haag, December 2008), en hier vind u een samenvatting van de tekst:

“[...] Het doel van het project is om aan alle klanten een gepersonaliseerde ruimte te bieden. Presentación de nuestro proyecto en Oostkamp

El 27 de Enero nuestro equipo de proyecto para Oostcampus viajó a Oostkamp para hacer una serie de presentaciones del concepto con el que ganamos el concurso en Diciembre, y las reuniones de lanzamiento del proyecto definitivo. Carlos Arroyo, Vanessa Cerezo (project architect), Carmina Casajuana, David Berkvens, Benjamin Verhees, además de nuestros socios de Amberes ELD, nos reunimos con las instituciones implicadas (trabajadores y gobierno municipal, el Alcalde Luc Vanparys, los servicios sociales OCMW, la Agencia Flamenca del Paisaje VLM, y representantes del gobierno de la comunidad autónoma flamenca). La primera reunión comenzó a las 8:00 de la mañana, y la última terminó a las 21:00. La prensa recogió el evento, y la Televisión de Flandes WTV emitió una entrevista en sus noticias. Aquí se puede ver un extracto.

Our team for the Oostcampus project travelled to Oostkamp for a series of presentations of the concept on the 27th of January, to launch the Definitive Design phase of the project. Carlos Arroyo, Vanessa Cerezo (project architect), Carmina Casajuana, David Berkvens, Benjamin Verhees, as well as our partners from Antwerp ELD, joined the institutions involved (the city workers and government, Major Luc Vanparys, the social services OCMW, the Flemish land management autority VLM, and representatives of the Vlaams Bouwmeester) in a series of meetings, visits and presentations. The first meeting started at 8:00 and the last presentation finished at 21:00.

Op 27 januari 2009 zijn we met ons team voor het OostCampus-project naar Oostkamp gegaan om een reeks presentaties te geven over het concept voor het lanceren van de definitieve ontwerpfase. Carlos Arroyo, Vanessa Cerezo (project architect), Carmina Casajuana, David Berkvens, Benjamin Verhees en onze Antwerpse partners ELD Partnership vervoegden de diensten (dienstverleners en overheid, burgemeester Luc Vanparys, de sociale diensten OCMW, de Vlaamse Landmaadschappij VLM en de vertegenwoordigers van de Vlaams Bouwmeester) in een reeks vergaderingen, bezoeken en presentaties. De eerste vergadering begon om 08.00u en de laatste presentatie werd afgerond om 21.00u. Otro concurso ganado en Bélgica: Oostcampus

Hemos ganado el concurso para el complejo Oostcampus, futura sede del Ayuntamiento de Oostkamp y varios de sus servicios municipales. En la web del ayuntamiento hay más información. Incluso se puede bajar algún pdf. También aparece en la web de la Consejería de Obras Públicas del Gobierno de Flandes, Vlaams Bouwmeester. Es el segundo concurso que hemos ganado en Bélgica, después de la Academia de Artes Escénicas en Dilbeek, Academie MWD.

We have won the competition for the Oostcampus complex, which will house the Town Hall of Oostkamp and several of its municipal services. In the city's website you may find more information. You may even download some pdfs. It is also featured in the website of the Public Works Board of the Government of Flanders, Vlaams Bouwmeester. It is the second competition we have won in Belgium, the first being the Academy of Stage Arts in Dilbeek, Academie MWD.

We hebben de wedstrijd voor het OostCampus-complex gewonnen welke het gemeentehuis van Oostkamp en de verscheidene gemeentelijke diensten bevat. Op de website van de gemeente vind u meer informatie.
